the event is separate from the regular day at universal, separate ticket and everything! its mainly based off of horror (obviously, right?), there are 6 mazes with different themes, some based off of a movie, some of a TV series, and sometimes even bands or myths! then there is this section in which they take you on the tour bus, explain a couple of things related towards the theme and then drop you off at the back lot and you are on your own with psychos lurking around for your blood. but there is one thing that is not horror related, the bill and ted show. they manipulate the mainstream media in multiple ways.

Hollywood and Orlando are both featuring AMC's Walking Dead! it will be a maze, terror tram, and a scare zone! announcement season is usually around August but it came early this year!

Voting will only be open for 2 weeks, the scare zone theme with the most votes at the end of voting will come to life at the event... the scare zone voting, maze announcement season will officially begin... It will start in June and run through August...
